Yes. A non-negotiable £20 deposit is strictly required for all bookings to be confirmed. To maintain fairness, protect our schedule, and ensure maximum availability for our committed clients, time slots cannot be held without a deposit. Unconfirmed appointments will remain open to others on our waiting list. Once received, your deposit instantly locks your appointment into the calendar, guarantees your dedicated time with us, and will be deducted directly from your total bill on the day of your service. I completely appreciate that many clients have had poor experiences elsewhere—paying deposits only to be let down—which can break trust and leave people hesitant to proceed for fear of being misled. I want to reassure you that I take my profession, reputation, and clients very seriously. My word is my bond, and all deposits are fully refundable (subject to our standard cancellation policy), ensuring you can book with complete confidence.

Just to let all clients know that I DO NOT accommodate15 minute bookings. My appointment slots are a minimum of 30 minutes. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

There are already multiple clear photos available on my profile. However, to give you complete peace of mind that you are communicating directly with the person pictured, a maximum of one (1) additional photo can be provided upon request for identity verification. Beyond this one photo, no further picture requests will be accommodated so that we can keep the focus on scheduling your appointment.
