How do I book an appointment?

IMPORTANT If you are booking me for the first time you need to send me a text. Your text needs to be clear as to when, where and for how long you'd like to meet me for, together with your name. Do not send disrespectful text or 'when you working/available/free' type texts. I can not always receive calls. Why don’t you answer my call straight away?
