I myself keep very clean and am very hot on personal hygiene so I do ask that my clients shower JUST BEFORE our appointment. I do have shower facilities with mens toiletries (including fragrance free) where you can freshen up before and after our meeting; no problem at all to use these, just ask when you arrive.
