Hygiene & Presentation • Good personal hygiene is expected prior to all appointments. • Shower facilities may be requested before the booking commences if necessary. • The right to decline or end a booking due to hygiene concerns is reserved. Payments • Remaining balance is due at the commencement of the booking. • Cash and approved electronic payment methods are accepted. • Rates are subject to change without notice. Time Management • Booking time begins at the scheduled appointment time, not arrival time. • Extensions are subject to availability and charged at the applicable hourly rate. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened booking while the full fee remains payable. Discretion & Privacy • Client privacy is respected at all times. • Recording, photography, screenshots, or sharing personal information without consent is strictly prohibited. • Any breach of privacy may result in immediate termination of services and legal action where appropriate. Right of Refusal • Service may be refused to anyone for any reason permitted by law. • Any behaviour that causes discomfort, safety concerns, or breaches these terms will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
