Sometimes I may be ready a bit earlier as long as people ask FIRST, that is not a problem at all. Never assume, you can knock on the door 15-30 minutes earlier, than your booked time. Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes earlier than the booked time, may be asked to wait outside. Discretion - I would never speak a clients name at the door on entry & exit. I expect the same discretion to be extended towards me. I do not give my name for this reason. Obviously everyone uses fake names in this industry. Seeking & offering alike. I have asked people to leave, for this blatant lack of discretion. This includes speaking to neighbours, having phones on loud speaker in the street & bellowing names at the door. Floor mat/Table - floor mat is an option for those taller & broader folks (over 20 stone is a must). This must be requested with notice. Payment - required upfront as is standard practice, because this is an adult service. Treatment will not take place until money is received. Disposable washcloths & towels are provided for a freshen up. Please ask if a shower is required before starting treatment. If you are not clean services may be refused in part or full. 50% of the fee will be kept, should someone be asked to leave for poor hygiene. This includes contagious rashes. Showering - If you need the shower before treatment you must request this at the time of booking. do not offer showers AFTER treatment. People often use more towels than necessary & overstay. Stealing extra time, (often up to 40 minutes) not paid for & causing a knock-on effect to my schedule & resources. I don't have a big expenses budget for an endless supply of towels & umpteen loads of laundry a week. Oils are toweled off as part of my sequence, if not already soaked into dry skin! Oils provide a moisture loss barrier & many other health benefits. So I encourage it to be left on. Essentials will be washed after, with a warmed flannel (bed bath style). Smoking - this is a no smoking venue, so no heavy smokers. Light smoking/vaping shouldn't be a major issue if you are outside & leave time in between to air off. If people turn up smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, I reserve the right to refuse business & charge a £20 cancellation fee. It takes time (and costs money) to air out toxic lingering smells. Lateness - If you arrive over 15 minutes late, (without notifying me first). The booking will either be cancelled or time will be reduced, chargeable at my full rate. This is a professional massage service, not a casual "meet". Privacy - I respect yours by rejecting withheld numbers. Discretion is a must & is mutual. Lack of discretion may result in a cancellation. It's best not to speak names at the front door on entry or exit. Anyone who persistently displays this lack of discretion, will not be welcomed back. Overtly personal questions are not welcomed as I extend this courtesy of personal privacy towards my clients. Particularly relating to my relationship status & sexual intimacy.
